ਅਗਨੀ
ਅਗਨੀ (/ˈæɡni/ AG-nee,[1] ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ: अग्नि, Pali: Aggi, Malay: [Api] Error: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (help)) ਇੱਕ ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਅਰਥ ਅੱਗ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਵੈਦਿਕ ਅੱਗ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।[2][3][4] ਉਹ ਦੱਖਣ-ਪੂਰਬੀ ਪਾਸੇ ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾਵੀ ਦੇਵਤਾ ਵੀ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਆਮ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਮੰਦਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੱਖਣ-ਪੂਰਬੀ ਕਿਨਾਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹਨ।[5]
