ਹਰਜੀਸਾ (ਸੋਮਾਲੀ: [Hargeysa] Error: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (help), Arabic: هرجيسا, "ਛੋਟਾ ਹਾਰਰ") ਸੋਮਾਲੀਆ ਦਾ ਦੂਜਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਹੈ,[2][3] ਜੋ ਵੋਕੂਈ ਗ਼ਲਬੀਦ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਵੈ-ਘੋਸ਼ਤ ਗਣਰਾਜ ਸੋਮਾਲੀਲੈਂਡ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਹਨੂੰ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਸੋਮਾਲੀਆ ਦਾ ਖ਼ੁਦਮੁਖ਼ਤਿਆਰ ਖੇਤਰ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।[4] I
