ਹੋਲੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬ
ਹੋਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਖੇਤਰ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਤਿਉਹਾਰ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਉਥਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁਲਤਾਨ[1] ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਹਲਾਦਪੁਰੀ ਮੰਦਰ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।[2] ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਹਲਾਦਪੁਰੀ ਮੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਹਲਾਦ, ਹਿਰਨੀਆਕਸ਼ਪ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਜੋ ਮੁਲਤਾਨ ਦਾ ਸੁਲਤਾਨ ਸੀ[3], ਦੁਆਰਾ ਹੀ ਬਣਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਜੋ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਵਿਸ਼ਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਨਰਸਿਮ੍ਹਾ ਦੇ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣਵਾਇਆ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਹਲਾਦ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਬਚਾਈ ਸੀ। ਹੋਲੀ "ਬਸੰਤ" ਮਹੀਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਨਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
