'''ਨੁਬਰਾ ''' ([[ਟਕਸਾਲੀ ਤਿੱਬਤੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ|ਤਿੱਬਤੀ]]: ལྡུམ་ར) ਇੱਕ ਤਿੰਨ ਭੁਜਾਵਾਂ ਵਾਲੀ ਘਾਟੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਲੱਦਾਖ ਘਾਟੀ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰ-ਪੂਰਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸ਼ਯੋਕ ਅਤੇ ਨੁਬਰਾ ਨਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੰਗਮ ਨਾਲ ਬਣੀ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ਯੋਕ ਨਦੀ ਉੱਤਰ-ਪੱਛਮ ਦੇ ਵੱਲ ਵਗਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨੁਬਰਾ ਨਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਨਿਊਨਕੋਣ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਤਰ ਪੱਛਮ ਵਲੋਂ ਆ ਕੇ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ਯੋਕ ਨਦੀ ਅੱਗੇ ਜਾਕੇ ਸਿੰਧੁ ਨਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ। ਨੁਬਰਾ ਦੀ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਬਸਤੀ ਦਿਸਕਿਤ ਦੀ ਦੂਰੀ ਲੇਹ ਤੋਂ 150 ਕਿ ਮੀ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਘਾਟੀ ਦੀ ਔਸਤ ਉਚਾਈਉੱਚਾਈ 3,038 ਮੀ॰ ਯਾਨੀ 10,000 ਫੁੱਟ ਹੈ। ਇੱਥੇ ਦੇ ਮਕਾਮੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਸਦਾਇਸ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਚੀਨ ਨਾਮ ਡੁਮਰਾ (ਫੁੱਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਘਾਟੀ) ਸੀ। ਇੱਥੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਲਈ ਲੇਹ ਤੋਂ ਖਰਦੁੰਗ ਲਿਆ ਦੱਰੇ ਵਲੋਂ ਹੋਕੇ ਜਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
