1925 ਵਿਚ ਉਹ ਆਲ-ਯੂਰਪੀਅਨ [[ਸਾਈਮਨ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ]] ਵਿਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬੰਬਈ ਪ੍ਰੈਜੀਡੈਂਸੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ।<ref>{{cite book|title=B. R.
