ਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਸ਼ਿਕ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ [[ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ|ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਦੇ]] [[ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਗੰਗਾਨਗਰ|ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੰਗਾਨਗਰ]] ਵਿੱਚ 11 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 1952 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਸ਼ਨ ਵੀ ਉਥੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ।
