ਚੜ੍ਹਦੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਲਹਿਜਾ

ਮਲਵਈ ਉਪ-ਬੋਲੀ ਸਤਲੁਜ ਦੇ ਪਾਰਲੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਫ਼ਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ, ਫ਼ਰੀਦਕੋਟ, ਬਠਿੰਡਾ, ਮਾਨਸਾ, ਮੋਗਾ, ਸੰਗਰੂਰ, ਮੁਕਤਸਰ, ਫ਼ਾਜ਼ਿਲਕਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੋਲੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇੱਥੇ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਿਵੇਂ ਤੀਵੀਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੀਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਵਾਂਗਾ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਮਾਗਾ ਆਦਿ। ਦਰਿਆਵਾਂ, ਪਹਾੜਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਖੜੇ ਰਾਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੋਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਚਾਰਨ ਤੇ ਸਬਦਾਵਲੀ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਛੋਟਾ-ਮੋਟਾ ਅੰਤਰ ਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਤਰਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਕੋ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਜੋ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਰੂਪ ਪਰਤੀਤ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਪ-ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਜਾਂ ਉਪ-ਭਾਸ਼ਾਈ ਰੂਪ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
