ਗ੍ਰੇਸ ਹੌਨਾਰ
ਗ੍ਰੇਸ ਲਾਲਰਾਮਪਰੀ ਹੌਨਾਰ (ਜਨਮ 20 ਫਰਵਰੀ 2001) ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਫੁਟਬਾਲਰ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਓਡੀਸ਼ਾ ਐਫਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਟੀਮ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਮਿਡਫੀਲਡਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਖੇਡਦੀ ਹੈ।[1]

ਹੌਨਾਰ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੋਕੁਲਮ ਕੇਰਲ ਲਈ ਖੇਡਦਾ ਹੈ।[2] ਉਹ ਮਿਜ਼ੋਰਮ ਰਾਜ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ[3] ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਸੀ ਜੋ 2021-22 ਐਡੀਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਫੁੱਟਬਾਲ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਦੇ ਸੈਮੀਫਾਈਨਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ ਸੀ।[4][5]

ਹੌਨਾਰ ਨੇ 2019 AFC U-19 ਮਹਿਲਾ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਕੁਆਲੀਫਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ U20 ਟੀਮ ਦੀ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਗੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਥਾਈਲੈਂਡ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਗੋਲ ਕੀਤਾ।[6] ਉਸ ਨੂੰ 2019 ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਅਤਨਾਮ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਦੋਸਤਾਨਾ ਮੈਚਾਂ ਅਤੇ 2019 ਦੀਆਂ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਏਸ਼ੀਆਈ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਲਈ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਟੀਮ ਲਈ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ[7][8]
