English: A picture of a self-designed tool for mechanical weed control: the diagonal weeder (a special form of a "tine weeder" or "weeder/comb harrow"). This weeder can be mounted on a tractor and allows diagonal weeding. It is useful in tree nurseries, where the 70cm long teeth of the machine can destroy weeds easily with a speed of 1ha per hour.
