Yield: 8 rotis Makki ka atta (Corn meal flour) 400 grams Water 200 millilitres Ajwain 5 grams Oil 15 millilitres Salt 5 grams Ghee 40 millilitres

Method:

• Form a stiff dough using all the ingredients. • Divide dough into 8 parts. • Roll out into circles. • Cook rotis on a hot tawa with ghee or oil.
