ਨੀਲਮ ਸਕਸੈਨਾ ਚੰਦਰਾਂ (ਜਨਮ ਜੂਨ 27, 1969) ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਵਿਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਲੇਖਕ ਹੈ। [1] ਉਸਨੇ ਬਾਲ ਕਹਾਣੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਵਿਤਾਵਾਂ ਲਿਖਿਆ। ਨੀਲਮ ਅੰਗ੍ਰੇਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਕਾਲਪਨਿਕ ਨਾਵਲ ਵੀ ਲਿਖ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। 2014 ਵਿੱਚ ਨੀਲਮ ਉਸੇ ਲੇਖਨ ਲਈ ਰਬਿੰਦਰ ਨਾਥ ਟੈਗੋਰ ਅਵਾਰਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।[2][3][4]

  • Awarded Premchand Puraskar by Ministry of Railways.
  • Neelam also debuted as a lyricist in Shankar Tucker's composition Mere Sajan Sun Sun and the song has won the 'Popular Choice' award in Folk Fusion category in Radio City Freedom Awards.[6]
  • 2013: She entered in Limca Book of Records for highest publications in a year in English and Hindi.[7]
  • 2014: Neelam Saxena and her daughter Simran Chandra holds record for being the first mother-daughter duo to write a poetry book for the book Winter Shall Fade in Limca Book of Records.[8][9]
