ਨੇਹਾ ਰਾਠੀ ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪਹਿਲਵਾਨ ਹੈ।[1][2][3][4][5][6] ਉਸਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਰੋਹਤਕ ਨੇੜੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਭਾਪੁਰੂਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ। ਉਹ ਅਰਜੁਨ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਜੇਤੂ ਜਗਰੂਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਠੀ ਦੀ ਧੀ ਹੈ।[7] ਉਸਨੇ 10 ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਕੌਮੀ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ਼ਿਪਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ 35 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਰਕਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਗੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਸਨੇ 51 ਕਿਲੋਗ੍ਰਾਮ (112 ਲੇਬਲ) ਭਾਰ ਵਰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ। ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ:
