ਮਿਸ ਟਰਾਂਸ ਅਲਬਾਨੀਆ ਅਲਬਾਨੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਟਰਾਂਸਜੈਂਡਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸੁੰਦਰਤਾ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ 2014 ਵਿੱਚ ਤਿਰਾਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਪਹਿਲਾ ਐਡੀਸ਼ਨ 2014 ਵਿੱਚ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਐਲ.ਜੀ.ਬੀ.ਟੀ. ਅਲਾਇੰਸ ਅਤੇ ਅਲਬਾਨੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਲ.ਜੀ.ਬੀ.ਟੀ.ਆਈ.+ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਨਜਿੱਠਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋਰ ਐਨ.ਜੀ.ਓ. ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਆਯੋਜਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਅਲਬਾਨੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਰਾਂਸਜੈਂਡਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਾਸ਼ੀਏ 'ਤੇ ਪਏ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਉਭਾਰਨਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਕਲੰਕ ਕਾਰਨ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਐਲ.ਜੀ.ਬੀ.ਟੀ. ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਜਨਤਕ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਘੱਟ ਹੀ ਬਾਹਰ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।[1]
ਐਲ.ਜੀ.ਬੀ.ਟੀ. ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਅਲਬਾਨੀਅਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਆਮ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਰੂੜੀਵਾਦੀ ਹਨ। 2017 ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ,[2][3] ਕੁਝ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਆਉਟਲੈਟਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਕਵਰ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪ੍ਰਤੀਯੋਗੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਇਵੈਂਟ ਨੂੰ "ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵਧੀਆ ਸਬੂਤ" ਮੰਨਿਆ ਕਿ ਅਲਬਾਨੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਟਰਾਂਸਜੈਂਡਰ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਾ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਅਲਬਾਨੀਅਨ ਆਬਾਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਟਰਾਂਸਜੈਂਡਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਵੱਲ ਇੱਕ ਕਦਮ ਵਜੋਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ।[4]
ਸੁੰਦਰਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਯੋਗਤਾ ਦਾ 5ਵਾਂ ਸੰਸਕਰਣ ਟਰਾਂਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਸਵੀਕਾਰਯੋਗ ਸਮਾਜ ਲਈ ਲਾਬਿੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸੰਸਥਾਗਤ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਘੱਟ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ 2014 ਤੋਂ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸ ਰਾਈਟਸ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਵੀ ਅੱਗੇ ਨਹੀਂ[5] ਵਧਿਆ ਹੈ।[6]
