ਕੌਮਪ੍ਰਸਤੀ

ਕੌਮਪ੍ਰਸਤੀ ਜਾਂ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਵਾਦ ਇੱਕ ਮੱਤ, ਸਿਧਾਂਤ ਜਾਂ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਵਿਚਾਰਧਾਰਾ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਸਦਕਾ ਇੱਕ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਕੌਮ ਨਾਲ਼ ਜੁੜਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ਼ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਇਕਮਿਕ ਮੰਨਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕੌਮਪ੍ਰਸਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੌਮੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਨਾਲ਼ ਰਲ਼ਦੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਗਤੀ ਜਾਂ ਵਤਨਪ੍ਰਸਤੀ ਦੇ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਖ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਾਰਾ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਸੁਭਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
