ਰੌਕੇਫ਼ੈੱਲਰ ਫ਼ਾਊਂਡੇਸ਼ਨ ਇੱਕ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ 420 ਫ਼ਿਫ਼ਥ ਐਵੇਨਿਊ, ਨਿਊ ਯਾਰਕ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੈ। [1] ਇਸਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਰੌਕੇਫ਼ੈੱਲਰ ਖ਼ਾਨਦਾਨ ਦੀਆਂ ੬ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਇਸਦਾ ਟੀਚਾ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਦੀ ਦੇਖਭਾਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। [2]
੨੦੧੫ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਰਾਜ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਦੀ ੩੯ਵੀਂ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਦਾਅਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਸੀ।[3]
