ਉਦਾਇਨ ਮੁਖਰਜੀ
ਉਦਾਇਨ ਮੁਖਰਜੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੈਲੀਵਿਜ਼ਨ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਰਥਸ਼ਾਸਤਰੀ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸੀ.ਐਨ.ਬੀ.ਸੀ. ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦਾ ਮੈਨੇਜਿੰਗ ਸੰਪਾਦਕ ਸੀ।[1] ਉਹ 48 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ 2013 ਵਿਚ ਕੁਮਾਓਂ ਚਲਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਉਤਰਾਖੰਡ ਦੇ ਸੀਤਲਾ ਵਿਚ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।[2]
ਉਦਾਇਨ ਇਕ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਕੋਲਕਾਤਾ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੈਜੀਡੈਂਸੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਤੋਂ ਆਰਥਿਕਤਾ ਵਿਚ ਬੀ.ਐੱਸ.ਸੀ. ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਵਾਹਰ ਲਾਲ ਨਹਿਰੂ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਅਰਥ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਐਮ.ਏ. ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਯੂ.ਟੀ.ਵੀ. ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਸੀ.ਐਨ.ਬੀ.ਸੀ. ਇੰਡੀਆ ਵਿਚ ਉਹ ਮੈਨੇਜਿੰਗ ਐਡੀਟਰ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰ ਥਕਾਵਟ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ 2013 ਵਿਚ ਉਸਨੇ ਅਹੁਦਾ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ।[3][4] 2018 ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਨੇ ਡਾਰਕ ਸਰਕਲਜ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਨਾਵਲ ਲਿਖਿਆ।[5] ਇਸ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਸਿਹਤ ਇਕ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੇ ਨਿਊਜ਼ ਰੂਮ ਤੋਂ ਲਿਖਣ ਡੈਸਕ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਵੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਉਂ ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਟੈਲੀਵਿਜ਼ਨ ਸਟੂਡੀਓ 'ਤੇ ਵਾਪਸ ਜਾਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੋਚਦਾ।[6]
