The rest of the cities have this kind of template and it can help through out Wikipedia as we will not have to translate a template for every country's city/district/province, the English Wikipedia has pleanty of users from who edit on the various topics that is why it is not a big thing to have different templates for different country's cities, but we're just a small bunch so I think this would be best, and I did not change the wording, mostly it's all your translations just in a different form. btw. It was better when we were working together so let us both appreciate the language and work together to assemble a Encyclopedia for it.
