- 15 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ, ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ 31 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੱਕ ਸਕੂਲ, ਕਾਲਜ, ਸਿਨੇਮਾ ਹਾਲ ਬੰਦ ਰੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ, ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।[2]
- 19 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ, ਰਾਜਕੋਟ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ 32 ਸਾਲਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ, ਜੋ ਸਾਊਦੀ ਅਰਬ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ, ਦਾ ਸਕਾਰਾਤਮਕ ਟੈਸਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਬ੍ਰਿਟੇਨ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਪਰਤੀ ਸੂਰਤ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ 21 ਸਾਲਾ ਰਤ ਦਾ ਸਕਾਰਾਤਮਕ ਟੈਸਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।[3]
- 22 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਮੌਤ ਦੀ ਖਬਰ ਮਿਲੀ, ਸੂਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ 69 ਸਾਲਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ।[4]
- ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ 22 ਮਾਰਚ 2020 ਨੂੰ 1200 ਬਿਸਤਰਿਆਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਸਿਵਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਕੇਵਲ ਸੀਓਆਈਵੀਡੀ-19 ਦੇ ਮਰੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਲਈ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ ਕਰੇ।[5]

- ਪਹਿਲੀ ਰਿਕਵਰੀ 29 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਅਹਿਮਦਾਬਾਦ ਦੀ 34 ਸਾਲਾ ਔਰਤ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।[7]
- 4 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2020 ਨੂੰ, ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਨੇ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਣ ਦੇ ਜੋਖਮ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ, ਕੁੱਲ 105 ਵਿਚੋਂ 62 ਕੇਸ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸਮਸ਼ਨ ਸਨ।[8]
- 8 ਨਵੇਂ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ, ਅਹਿਮਦਾਬਾਦ 5 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2020 ਨੂੰ 50 ਦਾ ਅੰਕੜਾ ਪਾਰ ਕਰ ਗਿਆ।[9]
- 17 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2020 ਨੂੰ, ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਰੋਨਾਵਾਇਰਸ ਦੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ 1000 ਦੇ ਅੰਕ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰ ਕਰ ਗਈ।[10]
- 19 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2020 ਨੂੰ, ਅਹਿਮਦਾਬਾਦ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਰੋਨਾਵਾਇਰਸ ਦੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ 1000 ਦੇ ਅੰਕ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰ ਕਰ ਗਈ।[11]
- 21 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2020 ਨੂੰ, ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਰੋਨਾਵਾਇਰਸ ਦੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ 2,000 ਦੇ ਅੰਕੜੇ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰ ਕਰ ਗਈ।[12]
