I think it must be titled as ਸੋਵੀਅਤ ਸੰਘ but please tell me how you succeeded moved to ਸੋਵਿਅਤ ਸੰਘ if ਸੋਵਿਅਤ ਸੰਘ already was a redirect? I checked it was a redirect before.
