ਚੰਦਰ ਭਾਨ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣ

ਚੰਦਰ ਭਾਨ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਦਰ ਭਾਨ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਦਰਭਾਨ ਮੁਗਲ ਸਾਮਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਲਹੌਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਫਾਰਸੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਵੀ ਸੀ। ਉਸਦੀ ਜਨਮ ਮਿਤੀ ਅਣਜਾਣ ਹੈ; ਉਹ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ^[1] ਸਾਲ 1662-63 ਵਿੱਚ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਸੀ, ਅਤੇ ਉਸਨੇ "ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣ" ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਲਮ ਨਾਮ ਵਜੋਂ ਚੁਣਿਆ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਧਰਮ ਦਾਸ ਮੁਗਲ ਸੇਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਸਨ। ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣ ਨੇ ਮੁਗਲ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਸ਼ਾਹਜਹਾਂ (1628-1658) ਦੇ ਸਕੱਤਰ (ਮੁਨਸ਼ੀ) ਵਜੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੀਤੀ।
