ਸਵਾਤੀ ਖੁਰਾਣਾ
ਸਵਾਤੀ ਖੁਰਾਣਾ ਭਾਰਤੀ-ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਮੂਲ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਲੇਖਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਕਾਲੀ ਕਲਾਕਾਰ ਹੈ।[1] ਉਸਦਾ ਜਨਮ 1975 ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ, ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਉਹ 1977 ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਊਯਾਰਕ ਚਲੀ ਗਈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਹ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।[2] ਉਸਨੇ 1993 ਵਿੱਚ ਪੌਫਕੀਪਸੀ ਡੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤੀ[3] ਉਸਨੇ ਕੋਲੰਬੀਆ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੀਏ, ਨਿਊਯਾਰਕ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਸਟੂਡੀਓ ਆਰਟ ਅਤੇ ਕਲਾ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਮਏ, ਅਤੇ ਹੰਟਰ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਚਨਾਤਮਕ ਲਿਖਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਮਐਫਏ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।[4]
