ਹਿੰਦੂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ

ਹਿੰਦੂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ, ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ (ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ) ਹਿੰਦੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ (ਜਿਵੇਂ: ਵਿਆਹ, ਗੋਦ ਲੈਣਾ, ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਆਦਿ) ਲਈ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ^[1]। ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਕੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਅਧੀਨ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
