2014 ਵਿੱਚ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ
ਦਾ ਗਾਰਡੀਅਨ ਅਖਬਾਰ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਾਲ 2014 ਨੂੰ ਰੋਜਾਨਾ ਬ੍ਰਿਟਿਸ਼ ਅਖਬਾਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਵਧੀਆ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਾਲ ਵਜੋਂ ਵਰਣਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਆਵਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਧਿਕਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ।[2][3][4][5] ਟਾਈਮ ਮੈਗਜ਼ੀਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 2014 "ਸਮੇਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਵਧੀਆ ਸਾਲ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।"[1]
