ਇੰਦਰਾ ਗੋਸਵਾਮੀ (ਆਸਾਮੀ: ইন্দিৰা গোস্বামী) (14 ਨਵੰਬਰ, 1942 – 29 ਨਵੰਬਰ, 2011), ਕਲਮੀ ਨਾਮ ਮਾਮੋਨੀ ਰਾਇਸਮ ਗੋਸਵਾਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਮੋਨੀ ਬੈਦੀਓ ਵਜੋਂ ਵੀ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ,[3] ਇੱਕ ਆਸਾਮੀ ਸੰਪਾਦਕ, ਕਵੀ, ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ, ਵਿਦਵਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਲੇਖਕ ਸੀ।

ਉਹ ਸਾਹਿਤ ਅਕਾਦਮੀ ਅਵਾਰਡ (1983)[4]ਗਿਆਨਪੀਠ (2001)[5] ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸਿਪਲ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸ ਕਲੌਸ ਲੌਰੀਏਟ (2008) ਜੇਤੂ ਸੀ।[6] ਸਮਕਾਲੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਾਹਿਤ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਲੇਖਕ, ਉਸਦੀਆਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਰਚਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਦੇ ਮੂਲ ਅਸਾਮੀ ਤੋਂ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦ ਮੋਥ ਈਟਨ ਹਾਉਡਾਹ ਆਫ਼ ਦ ਟਸਕਰ, ਪੇਜਸ ਸਟੈਨਡ ਵਿਦ ਬਲੱਡ ਅਤੇ ਦ ਮੈਨ ਫਰਮ ਚਿੰਨਮਸਤਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ।

ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਲਿਖਤਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਥਿਆਰਬੰਦ ਖਾੜਕੂ ਸਮੂਹ ਯੂਨਾਈਟਿਡ ਲਿਬਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਫਰੰਟ ਆਫ ਅਸੋਮ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਵਿਚੋਲੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ, ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਢਾਂਚਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਸੀ। ਉਸਦੀ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਨਾਲ ਪੀਪਲਜ਼ ਕੰਸਲਟੇਟਿਵ ਗਰੁੱਪ, ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਹੋਇਆ। ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਚੋਲੇ ਜਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦੇ "ਨਿਰੀਖਕ" ਵਜੋਂ ਦਰਸਾਇਆ।

ਉਸ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਸਟੇਜ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਲਮ ਵਿਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਫਿਲਮ ਅਦਾਜਾ ਉਸਦੇ ਨਾਵਲ 'ਤੇ ਆਧਾਰਿਤ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਜਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਵਰਡਜ਼ ਫਰੌਮ ਦ ਮਿਸਟ ਜਾਹਨੂੰ ਬਰੂਆ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਿਤ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ 'ਤੇ ਬਣੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਹੈ।
