ਸੁਏਸ ਨਹਿਰ ਜਾਂ ਸਵੇਜ਼ ਨਹਿਰ (Arabic: قناة السويس ਕ਼ਨਾਤ ਅਲ-ਸੁਏਸ) ਮਿਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮੁੰਦਰੀ ਤਲ 'ਤੇ ਉਸਾਰਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਇੱਕ ਪਣ-ਰਾਹ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਭੂ-ਮੱਧ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਲ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਨੂੰ ਜੋੜਦਾ ਹੈ। 10 ਵਰ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਉਸਾਰੀ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਇਹਨੂੰ 1869 ਦੀ ਨਵੰਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਹਦੇ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹਣ ਨਾਲ਼ ਸਮੁੰਦਰੀ ਬੇੜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਯੂਰਪ ਤੋਂ ਚੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਏਸ਼ੀਆ ਤੱਕ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਅਫ਼ਰੀਕਾ ਦੁਆਲ਼ਿਓਂ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਬੰਧੇਜ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰੀ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਵਿੱਚ 7000 ਕਿੱਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਦੀ ਕਮੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਇਹਦਾ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਸਿਰਾ ਬੁਰਸੈਦ ਵਿਖੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਸਿਰਾ ਸੁਏਸ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੀ ਤੌਫ਼ਿਕ ਬੰਦਰਗਾਹ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੈ। ਇਸਮੈਲੀਆ ਇਹਦੇ ਅੱਧ ਤੋਂ 3 ਕਿ.ਮੀ. ਦੀ ਵਿੱਥ 'ਤੇ ਇਹਦੇ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਕੰਢੇ 'ਤੇ ਵਸਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
