ਕਲੰਬਸ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਲੰਬਸ (/kəˈlʌmbəs/) ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਰਾਜ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਦੇ ਓਹਾਇਓ ਰਾਜ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਹੈ। 2013 ਦੇ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ 822,533 ਦੀ ਅਬਾਦੀ ਨਾਲ਼ ਇਹ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ 15ਵਾਂ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਹੈ।[13] ਇਹ ਕਲੰਬਸ ਓਹਾਇਓ ਮਹਾਂਨਗਰੀ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦਾ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਸ ਕਾਊਂਟੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਰਕਬੇ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।[14]
