Punjabi Wikipedia has only 6 Administrators today and 4 of them have not been active for a long time. I would like you to make me an Admin of Punjabi Wikipedia. To editors requesting for adminship

First of all, this is not the place to request for the right. It has been done wrong with this page. I'll fix it later. For now, Satdeep and Kooljeet, thanks for expressing your interest in wikipedia. I think you have to learn a lot more and get more experience. Absense of any admin is not the reason to get adminship. You are making approx. 75% of the active editors as there are only 3-4 (except admins). This wiki really needes editors not admins. And why admin? You can still do very very good to articles. Please, you should concentrate on editing and continue the job. Here are some tips for good editing and improve the quality of your work:

Always prove your statements with a references to reliable sources under verifiablity. Facebook, blog, self published material and other wikis are not reliable so avoid them.
Never use cut-and-paste method to just increase the number of articles created by you. Never cut-paste from copyright websites as this may violates the copyright that wiki not allows. Always write an articles in your own words from a neutral point of view.
Never upload copyright files. Always provide sources where the files comes from and the name of the original author.
Add required info to existing files to save them from deleting or tag for delete if you found them violating any rules or policies.
Make yourself familiar with tag templates; take a tour through and tag articles accordingly. There are many to be delete, expand, wikify, translate in to Punjabi and much more.
Always choose from sub-categories.
Wikipedia is not a dictionary, newspaper, place to promote so never write an articles for promoting something or in styles that may only promotes the subject. Never spam or advertise.
Always write about a notable topic.
Try to write about Punjabi relating topics first, let the wiki be rich with the Punjabi relating topics that are more closely related to it. I've seen there are more non-Punjabi articles than Punjabi relatings. Articles on every encyclopedic topic from all over the world is to be written but I just mean "Punjabi first". About notable Punjabi singers, writers, actors, channels and more and of course with sources provided and in non-promotional style.
Make yourself familiar with citing style and methods.
