ਕੁਈਰਪਸ਼ਨ (ਕੁਈਰ ਅਤੇ ਈਰਪਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਮਿਸ਼ਰਨ) ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਕੁਈਰਕੋਰ ਤਿਉਹਾਰ[1] ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕਠ ਹੈ, ਜੋ 1998 ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਵਿਕਲਪਕ/ਕੱਟੜਪੰਥੀ/ਅਪਰਾਧਿਤ ਕੁਈਰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਆਦਾਨ-ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ, ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਬਣਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ, ਸੰਗਠਿਤ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ, ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਡੂ-ਇਟ-ਯੂਅਰ-ਸੇਲਫ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਨੈਤਿਕਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਮੁੱਖ ਧਾਰਾ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਦੇ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।[2][3][4] ਕੁਈਰ ਪੰਕ ਬੈਂਡ, ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਲਾਕਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਮਨੋਰੰਜਨ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ਤਾ ਵਾਲੇ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਖੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪਾਂ ਦਿਨ ਵੇਲੇ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।[3][4][5] ਕੁਈਰਪਸ਼ਨ ਆਮ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।[3][4] ਇਸਨੇ ਅਨਾਰਚੋ-ਕੁਈਰ (ਕੁਈਰ ਅਰਾਜਕਤਾਵਾਦੀ) ਅੰਦੋਲਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਇਆ ਹੈ,[6] ਸਮੂਹ ਜੋ ਹਰੇਕ ਇਵੈਂਟ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿ ਉਸੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿਚ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਅਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਨਿਧਤਾ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਈਰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ।[7]
