ਛਿੰਨਮਸਤਾ

ਛਿੰਨਮਸਤਾ (ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ: छिन्नमस्ता, Chinnamastā, "ਉਹ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰ ਅਰਪਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ"), ਨੂੰ ਅਕਸਰ ਛਿੰਨਮਸਤਾ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਛਿੰਨਮਸਤਿਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਚੰਡ ਚੰਡਿਕਾ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਇਕ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਦੇਵੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਮਹਾਵਿਦਿਆਵਾਂ, ਤੰਤਰ ਦੀ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਪਰੰਪਰਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਦਸਾਂ ਦੇਵੀਆਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਵੀ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਪਹਿਲੂ, ਹਿੰਦੂ ਮਾਤਾ ਦੇਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਸਵੈ-ਨਿਰਜੀਵ ਨਿਵੇਕਲੀ ਦੇਵੀ, ਜੋ ਆਮ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਤਾਲੂ ਜੋੜੇ 'ਤੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੀ ਜਾਂ ਬੈਠੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਕੱਟਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸਿਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਦੂਜੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਫੜ੍ਹੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਛਿੰਨਾਮਸਤਾ ਵਿਰੋਧਾਭਾਸਤਾ ਦੀ ਦੇਵੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਦੇਵੀ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਪਹਿਲੂਆਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕ ਹੈ; ਇੱਕ ਜੀਵਨ-ਦਾਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਜੀਵਨ-ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲੀ। ਉਸਨੂੰ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਜਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਲਿੰਗਕ ਸਵੈ-ਨਿਯੰਤ੍ਰਣ ਜਾਂ ਲਿੰਗਕ ਊਰਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੋਹਫ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਮੌਤ, ਅਸਥਿਰਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਜੀਵਨ, ਅਮਰਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੋਰੰਜਨ ਦੀ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਗੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।

The Buddhist Chinnamunda is believed to be the antecedent of the Hindu Chhinnamasta, 14th-century painting, Nepal.

ਹਿੰਦੂ ਛਿੰਨਮਸਤਾ ਤੰਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਤਿੱਬਤੀ ਬੋਧੀ ਧਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਦੇਵੀ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਸਾਈ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਥੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਚਿੰਨਮੁੰਡਾ ("ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਟੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਿਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ") ਜਾਂ ਤਿਰਕਯਾ-ਵਜਰਾਯੋਗੀਨੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਚਿੰਨਮੁੰਡਾ, ਦੇਵੀ ਵਜਰਾਯੋਗੀਨੀ (ਜਾਂ ਵਜਰਾਵਾਰਹੀ, ਵਜਰਾਯੋਗਨੀ ਦਾ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਰੂਪ) ਦਾ ਕੱਟਿਆ-ਸਿਰ ਵਾਲਾ ਰੂਪ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਛਿੰਨੀਮਸਤਾ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਨ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਸਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਪੂਜਾ, ਭਗਤੀ

ਛਿੰਨਮਸਤਾ ਦੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਗਤ ਮਤਭੇਦ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਤੰਤਰੀਕਾ (ਤਾਂਤਰਿਕ ਪ੍ਰੈਕਟਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਦੀ ਕਿਸਮ) ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਾਣੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਵੀ ਮੰਦਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹਾਂਵਿਦਿਆ ਸਮੂਹ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਪੂਜਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਛਿੰਨਮਸਤਾ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਤਕ ਪੂਜਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਘੱਟ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਪੂਜਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਅਸਧਾਰਨ ਹੋਵੇ।
