ਮਹਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਮੀਅਰ ਲੀਗ (WPL) ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਟੀ20 ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਫਰੈਂਚਾਈਜ਼ੀ ਲੀਗ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਬੋਰਡ (BCCI) ਦੀ ਮਲਕੀਅਤ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਚਾਲਿਤ ਹੈ।[1][2]

ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਨਵਰੀ 2023 ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਬੰਦ ਬੋਲੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤੀ ਫਰੈਂਚਾਇਜ਼ੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਕੁੱਲ ₹4,669 ਕਰੋੜ (US$580 million) ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਏ।[5][6]
